Treatment

My approach is holistic (tending to the mind, body, heart and spirit) and integrates a variety of types of therapy according to your needs.

These include relational therapy, feminist therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and meditation, animal-assisted therapy, expressive arts therapy (including art, poetry, sandtray, drama, dance and movement, play, music, ritual, guided imagery), body-oriented therapy, ecotherapy, existential therapy, internal family systems, liberation psychology, and narrative therapy.
